Introduction:

Nicole Griffith, MA, LPC has her Masters in Counseling from Oakland University, Rochester, MI providing individual and couples counseling on the following Specialties: Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Eating Disorders/Body Image, Sexual Abuse, Career Counseling; and Women’s Issues at Triad Counseling Centers in Clarkston, Michigan.

Approach:

People seek therapy for a variety of resources. I’m here to assist you whether it’s navigating difficulties in your daily life, mending relationships, developing positive coping skills for anxiety and depression, or navigating through major life transitions. Often, feelings of sadness and fear surface, but together we will work to remove these obstacles to live a more satisfying and healthy life. With demonstrating empathy and compassion, I will walk alongside of your in developing and keeping accountable to your goals. I view my role as a therapist as assisting clients to better understand how to uncover their genuine true self. I am passionate about assisting clients to develop healthy coping skills that will allow them to have increased life satisfaction. My treatment approach is largely cognitive-behavioral in nature.
